Condolences to Bob's family and many friends. When I worked with Bob at the cannery I appreciated that he worked hard and treated people fairly, even those who had made his days as a school principal difficult at times. Reading the comments here reminded me of that, and the time Bob came out to the Vank's Island Outdoor Education Camp in the 70's and, coincidentally, led camp counselors in the use of a sea pump driven hose to keep a blazing cabin fire from spreading throughout the camp.
